The terms and conditions of the on-line shop
Validity of conditions of sale
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services between the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the company Laserstuudio OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop).
In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the laserstuudio.ee webshop are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter referred to as LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Protection Act) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The laserstuudio.ee webshop reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of sale.
Prices
All prices include VAT. The amount of the shopping basket before purchase includes the price of the selected products and the selected mode of transport, plus VAT. Thus, the final amount to be paid will be shown.
Laserstuudio OÜ reserves the right to change the prices displayed in the e-shop at any time.
If the e-shop has changed the price after the Customer has placed and paid for the order, the corresponding products will be delivered to the Customer at the prices valid at the time of the order. The client does not have the right to demand compensation for the price difference.
Checkout
Add the products you want to your shopping cart.
To place your order, first click on the “Checkout” link in the shopping cart.
On the checkout page, fill in the required fields, select the delivery method that suits you and click on the “Place order” link. An invoice will then appear on the screen, which you can pay conveniently by bank transfer (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Citadele Bank) or by other payment methods in banks in euro cash. Laserstudio uses LHV Bank and EveryPay, a secure payment solution, to process payments. The details for making a euro payment, including all applicable national taxes and surcharges, can be found on the prepayment invoice displayed on the screen after confirming the order.
Orders placed in the online shop are processed on weekdays Mon-Fri 9.00-17.00. If the order is submitted on friday after 15 p.m., the order will be protsessed on the following monday. After you have paid the advance invoice, we will send you a sales invoice for the amount paid.
Payment for Orders
Products can be paid for:
- By banking
- By ordinary bank transfer on invoice
- Cash on the spot
Your order and invoice will be cancelled if you have not paid the advance invoice within 5 days of the invoice being issued.
The sales invoice will be sent to you by e-mail after full payment of the invoice.
Delivery of goods
The customer can choose between the following modes of transport:
- If you pick up the goods yourself, there is no transport charge.
- Thin goods courier.
Upon receipt of the parcel, we ask the Customer to check it. In the case of a defective or faulty product, we ask you to send us pictures of the product in order to determine whether it is a defective or faulty product.
Return of goods
All goods purchased from the E-shop are subject to a 14-day right of return.
The returned product must be undamaged, complete, in its original packaging and unused.
The Customer must inform the E-shop of his/her wish to return the goods in an e-mail to tellimine@laserstuudio.ee, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The Customer will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return request.
The money will be transferred to the same account that received the receipt in the e-shop.
The Customer undertakes to pay the cost of returning the returned goods (transport).
If the goods are returned because they are defective, the costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Webshop.
