All purchases are subject to a money back guarantee:

If the goods are not suitable or do not meet your expectations, you will be entitled to return it within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

To return the product, you must submit an application to the e-mail address tellimine@laserstuudio.ee, which provides the following information: product you want to return, order number and bank account to which you want to transfer the money.

The notification must be sent within 14 working days of the date of delivery of the goods.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A purchase invoice must be attached to the returned item.

We return the money for the returned product to the customer’s account within 14 days after the return of the goods.

Transportation costs of returning the goods will be covered by the buyer (unless the product to be returned is defective).
