CNC milling technology<\/u><\/a> makes possible efficiently with high accuracy to process a large variety of sheet materials.<\/p>\n

The whole process is quick to product from the drawing, and usually requires a relatively small machine setup. The whole process from drawing to complete product is fast but need some mchine setup. It is possible to produce individual objects as well as series production. CNC milling makes it possible to cut materials that cannot be cut by laser, such as PVC, water and moisture resistant plywood, aluminium, composite materials. The advantages of our milling machine are most apparent in the production of parts from sheet materials, while the milling of three-dimensional parts is also possible thanks to the use of special Siemens NX software.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\"Vacuum Vacuum forming<\/h2><\/div>

Vacuum forming makes it possible to give a plastic sheet a three-dimensional shape. To do this, the material is heated and pulled into the mould by vacuum. The technology is well suited to the serial production of three-dimensional elements, where the cost of the mould and sample parts is spread over a wide range of finished products.<\/p>\n<\/div>

As the sheet must always be larger than the part being formed, the maximum size of a simple vacuum-formed part is approximately 600 \u00d7 700 mm, with a maximum height of 200 mm.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
